Virginia joined Afi in 2000. She is currently responsible for the Legal area, within the Corporate Unit, and has been the Afi companies’ General Secretary since 2002.

Virginia brings ample experience in areas of the law related with business, including company law and civil and commercial contract law. She has participated in several CNMV-authorised fixed income issues and MAB-EE IPOs as Registered Advisor and advised on the incorporation of entities authorised and supervised by the CNMV. Mutual fund Unitholder Advocate for several financial institutions. Virginia has written numerous specialist articles and lectures for Afi, Escuela de Finanzas Aplicadas.
