With more than 200 professionals, divided equally between men and women, at Afi we have a clear objective: to contribute to the success of our clients. Convinced that quality training provides the necessary rigor to our activity, at Afi we have always tried to select professionals with outstanding specialized training. This training is basically financial, although profiles related to econometrics and mathematics play an important role. More than half of the senior graduates (90% of the total number of employees) who work at Afi have a master's degree or postgraduate degree and a good part of them are doctors.
