Patricia Muñoz

Graduated in Law, specializing in Legal-Business from the San Pablo-CEU University of Madrid. She is a State Attorney on leave of absence (class 2004).

With more than fifteen years of experience in the financial sector, she has been Secretary of the Council and General Director of the Legal Service of the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV), a body she joined in 2013, holding the position of director of the Litigation Department and the Sanctioning Regime. He has extensive experience in rules of conduct, market operations, IPO, corporate governance and regulatory compliance of listed companies and regulated entities; market abuse; supervision; inspection; and instruction of sanctioning procedures by the CNMV, Banco de España and SEPBLAC.

She is the author of several books and has been a professor in different courses and master's degrees at prestigious universities.
