With over 20 years of experience in corporate finance, he has worked at companies such as Amena, Auna, and Orange in Spain as Director of Financial Planning and Financing. He also founded and managed two independent financial advisory firms focused on the Spanish mid-market.
He has extensive experience in corporate financial advisory, specializing in short- and long-term financing processes for non-financial companies, financial risk management, financial restructuring plans, and the inorganic growth strategy of Spanish multinational companies.
He is a professor at Afi Global Education, teaching subjects related to restructuring plans within the Master's in Finance.
