Our previous experience and ongoing contact with supervisory authorities enable us to anticipate changes and provide practical solutions in a constantly evolving regulatory and supervisory environment. We analyse national and supranational regulatory developments, as well as soft law, assess their impact and define action plans to ensure compliance, add value to compliance and minimise legal risks. We advise on transactions such as IPOs, debt issues, takeover bids and authorisation processes for financial institutions and senior management suitability. We also provide support in areas such as corporate governance, market abuse risk management, financial reporting regulations and any other regulatory or financial supervisory requirements. We work in coordination with other areas to offer comprehensive advice, which we complement with tailored training.
