With over 100 professionals, divided equally between men and women, Afi has one clear objective: To contribute to the success of our clients. Convinced that quality training provides the rigour necessary to our activity, Afi has always sought to select professionals with an outstanding specialised education. This educational background is mainly financial, although there is also a significant proportion of profiles related to econometrics and mathematics.

Over half of the graduates (90% of total employees) working in Afi have a master's degree or other postgraduate studies and many have PhDs.
