Our history

Afi was founded in 1987, culminating the project of three lecturers at the Autonomous University of Madrid (Emilio Ontiveros, Ángel Berges and Francisco J. Valero). Almost 25 years of effort and dedication have allowed Afi to grow and differentiate itself, becoming a reference point in consultancy in the field of finance in Spain and gaining increased international presence.

In its expansion process, Afi has become the parent of a set of companies which, in practice, only maintain a legal differentiation as there is full collaboration between the corresponding areas in these companies. They function as a single unit under the same standards of quality and commitment, sharing resources, approaches and methodologies, and thus providing clients with the comprehensive solutions that they require.

Afi currently comprises a total of eight companies. In addition, it has direct holdings in other companies in various sectors.
