José Manuel Amor Alameda

Bachelor´s degree in Economics and Business Studies from the Universidad de Alcalá de Henares (1997) and Master in Banking and Finance from the Escuela de Finanzas Aplicadas (1999).

Since he joined Afi in 1999, he has worked in the Market Analysis Department, of which he was director from 2007 to 2009, and the Financial Advice for Borrowing Department (CAP). He is currently head of advisory the services for foreign institutional clients and for financial institutions in treasury, wholesale and retail financing. 

José Manuel is author and co-author of numerous research articles and collaborations in the Spanish economic press and other international publications (Euribor-EBF newsletter), as well as the book “Los mercados de Deuda pública del Área Euro" (Public debt markets in the eurozone). He has participated as co-author in several editions of the "Guía del Sistema Financiero Español en un entorno europeo” (Guide to the Spanish financial system in a European context) and other publications of Grupo Analistas.

He teaches regularly in the Master in Banking and Finance of the Escuela de Finanzas Aplicadas and gives customized courses for financial institutions and/or client companies of Grupo Analistas.
