Since Afi was founded 20 years ago, it has been providing financial and market analysis services, aimed at supporting decision-making in areas related to investment and financing in the major international financial markets.

As financial sophistication has grown, and as an increasing diversity of customers demands our services, the original seed of economic analysis services offered has become what it is today: a wide range of analytical services, regulation and risk management for financial and non-financial corporations, governments and other institutions.

In addition to the traditional financial markets monitoring, Afi provides several sector analysis services, in areas such as housing, tourism, footwear, etc. Some of these studies have become benchmarks in the industry, among others: the Study on the Real Estate Sector prepared for ASPRIMA (Real Estate Developers Association of Madrid), the Barometer of the Madrid City Council, or the study of Quality Excellence in Tourism, known as EXCELTUR.
